Zucchini racing, tractor pulls and animals: Something for everyone at the North Peace Fall Fair

The 78th North Peace Fall Fair was fabulous! Apart from the rain on Saturday, which lead to the cancellation of the second round of the Tractor Pull, and Glenn Stewart's Horsemanship demonstration. It was all back on on Sunday, judging by the way the parking area overflowed onto both sides of the road, there was an excellent turnout to go with the sunshine!

Pioneer of the Year

The Pioneer of the Year was awarded to two couples this year - Arthur and Laurel Hadland, and Gary and Vickie Hettrick and both couples have been involved in both agriculture and the community at large for decades, lending a hand where needed.
